Caffeine Motor Machines is a collective of specialty coffee professionals dedicated to supporting the service and technical aspects of the specialty coffee community. Our goal is to produce the best content, feature articles, interviews and support materials for field service techs, business owners and specialty coffee professionals. We are coffee gearheads. We are baristas. We are roasters. But above all, we are driven by our passion for specialty coffee and what it creates the perfect cup.
Our inspiration is old school racing from the 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s. Espresso machines and brewing equipment are like these old racers in their design and functions. Caffeine service techs are gearheads.
Who are we and why are we anonymous? Most of the collective have day jobs. Some of us can use our names, some of us can’t because we have lengthy contracts with our employers that basically prohibits this. But we all want to create something good.
